Those Creative Juices Flow

Hey everyone,
I thought I'd share a little something I wrote today. I wrote it for a girl whos website I came across online. She was nine years old when she passed away a few months ago and had been fighting cancer for a few years. She was very outgoing and inspirational and will be remembered by many for years to come. Although I never met her in person I felt like I had because she had touched my heart with her happy and caring way. This, I wrote, in memory of Christi Thomas

So far but yet so near,
I can still see you so clear,
Just like you were right here right now.
Because to me you're never gone.
You will always live on.
In my memory and in my heart,
No matter where I go.

You will always be remembered.
You have touched so many lives.
You have shown me so many things,
That I've never realized.
That no matter what goes wrong,
You must not stop but move along.
To enjoy life every day,
In every way.

though I never quite knew you,
It was still hard for me too.
When I found that you had left this world.
But I had to continue,
Because I knew you'd want me to.
You'd want me to think of the better times.

You'll always be remembered.

You have shown me so many things,
That I've never realized.
That no matter what goes wrong,
You must not stop but move along.
To enjoy life every day,
In every way.

I have a tune to it and if I can get all needed technology working might be able to record it with background music. I'll have to see.
Updates will be coming on the sites more than likely monday. I have that day off and I'll probably just be sitting at home.
